Signs shall not be displayed to the public view on any of the Common Areas except those signs used by a builder to advertise a property during a construction or sales period. Signs used to enhance the quality of life in the community may be placed in Common Area if deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors. Other signs, including candidate signs and for sale signs, placed on the Common Areas will be removed and discarded without any warning to owner.
Signs shall not be displayed to the public view on any Lot except those signs used by a homeowner to advertise a home for sale or rent unless otherwise provided by law. Such signs may not exceed 18" x 24" and one (1) may be placed in the front yard or front window only.
Special occasion signs (e.g. arrival of a baby, special birthday, etc.) are permitted in the front yard only and may be displayed for one week only.
For failure to comply, fines will be assessed in accordance with those procedures and schedules established by the Board of Directors in Section III, Penalties, of the Rules and Regulations.
