XXI. NUISANCES

No noxious or offensive activities shall be carried on upon any Lot, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. There shall be no loud or unusual noises between the hours of 11:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m. Playing of stereo equipment, television and the like shall be played at a level not to be heard from adjacent Lots.

For failure to comply, fines will be assessed in accordance with those procedures and schedules established by the Board of Directors in Section III, Penalties, of the Rules and Regulations.
