XIV. LAWN ORNAMENTS

Bird baths and feeders shall be located in the rear yard of a Lot. Other lawn ornaments or decorations are not permitted on any Lot or the Common Area.

For failure to comply, fines will be assessed in accordance with those procedures and schedules established by the Board of Directors in Section III, Penalties, of the Rules and Regulations.
