I. INTRODUCTION

When reference is made to the Board of Directors, such reference shall include the Management Agent where such authority is delegated by the Board of Directors. Under such delegation, the Management Agent shall be included in those references holding the Board of Directors harmless or relieved from responsibility, losses or damages.

Any consent or approval given under these Rules and Regulations may be added to, amended or repealed at any time by resolution of the Board of Directors. Whenever reference is made to the Lot Owner, such reference shall include the Lot Owner, his or her family, tenants, guests, agents, invitees and licensees.
