XIII. CLOTHESLINE

Clotheslines, either permanently affixed in the ground or temporary, are not permitted on a Lot or on Common Areas.

For failure to comply, fines will be assessed in accordance with those procedures and schedules established by the Board of Directors in Section III, Penalties, of the Rules and Regulations.
