IX. ADDITIONS

Room additions other than those constructed by the original builder at the original time of purchase are not perinitted.

For failure to comply, fines will be assessed in accordance with those procedures and schedules established by the Board of Directors in Section III, Penalties, of the Rules and Regulations.
