MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT:

It’s hard to believe that Constant Friendship is twenty years old. How times have changed. Many of us remember when there were 700 townhomes. Today we have nearly 1,700. As we look towards the future, the goal of your Association remains to keep the community as fresh, presentable and pleasing as possible. As you all know, we have negotiated a full time agreement between Constant Friendship and Trenton Properties. What does this mean to us?

• We now have two (2) full time staff members overseeing Constant Friendship. They’re dedicated to our community and no other. Homeowners will see John and Elayne in the neighborhood more often.

• Quicker response and better communications with homeowners.

• An overall better community, thus keeping our property values increasing.

We are all excited about this endeavor and look forward to better, stronger community.

We are pleased to have added four additional homeowners to the Board of Directors and Advisory/Architectural Committee. If anyone else would like to get involved, we’re looking for people with fresh ideas and dedication to the neighborhood. New committees are forming for quarterly newsletters, our soon to be updated website (www.cfhoa.com), Holiday event planning and so on. If you are interested, please contact John Strauss at 410-838-4600 or jstrauss@tpsi.net. We would love to get you involved!

We look forward to a great 2007. On behalf of the Constant Friendship Board, Happy New Years!

Rick Grant
President
Constant Friendship Homeowners Association
