ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT GROUP is pleased to announce that you have the following options to pay community assessment fees – (1) On-line via e-Check or Credit Card. (2) Bill-Pay, from your bank. (3) Mail in coupons via the US Mail. (4) Direct Debit (ACH) from your savings or checking account. Please see below to learn more about the multiple payment options now available as a result of our banking relationship with Smartstreet, a division of RBC Bank.

1.) Online Payments via e-check or credit card (One time & recurring options)
How does it work? Set up a one time or recurring payment using e-Check, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
What do I need to do? Simply follow the directions below:
- Log in to www.allmg.net or www.smartstreet.com
- Select “Pay Assessments” / “Online Payments”
- Choose “One time Assessment” and select either “Credit Card” or “eCheck,” or log in to “Recurring Assessment Payment”
Note: You will need a login ID to set up a recurring assessment payment which can be obtained by
selecting “Register” and completing the form
- Select your homeowner’s association and follow the instructions on the screen
- E-check transactions are free
Note: There is a $9.95 convenience fee and a $5,000 maximum per transaction,
if you pay via credit card.
2.) Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay
How does it work? Set up your HOA as a payee with your bank’s online banking bill-pay.
What do I need to do? Please complete your bill-pay setup exactly as follows:

3.) Coupons mailed via US Mail
How does it work? You write a check and mail it in every time your assessment is due.
What do I need to do?
- New Home owners must request a coupon book from Alliance Management, contact info below
- Put your account number on your check
- Include coupon with check, made payable to your homeowner’s association and mail to:

4.) ACH Direct Debit Payments
How does it work? Payments are debited directly from your savings or checking account each month, on or about the same day of the month
What do I need to do?
- Fill out the Authorization Agreement (requires Adobe Reader) For Direct Debit form and return it to Alliance Management Group
- Indicated when each month you would like the debit to occur
- Return a “VOIDED” check with the Authorization Form
- This will remain in force until the Alliance Management Group receives written notification, from the account holder, to stop debits
