If you are aware of an unoccupied townhome in Constant Friendship, please notify Alliance Management. Alliance will be in contact with the owner to monitor upkeep of the property.
Monthly Board Meetings
Our monthly HOA board meetings are held the last Wednesday of the month (7pm) at the Alliance Management offices (217 East Churchville Road in Bel Air). If you would like to attend, please call ahead to ensure adequate seating and place your issue on the agenda for discussion.
